When to call

If any of these are happening — call.

  • Any injury, no matter how small. Cuts, sprains, strains, bumps, burns.
  • Eye injury, dust or chemical in the eye, vision changes.
  • Heat exhaustion, dizziness, or feeling overheated.
  • Cold or flu symptoms that are keeping you from working safely.
  • Back pain, joint pain, anything that's gotten worse during the shift.
  • Anything that doesn't feel right — even if you can't name it.
  • A coworker who is hurt, unresponsive, or acting unusual.

For life-threatening emergencies (uncontrolled bleeding, no pulse, no breathing, unconscious worker), call 911 first, then call us.

You don't have to leave the work area. We come to your location, evaluate, and treat on-site whenever possible.
